Accommodation: On the flight

Arrive at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Your tour guide will meet you at the exit of the airport (Guests on flights of adjacent arriving times are recommended to wait for each other patiently) and escort you to Nantou. Visit the Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village and experience the culture of native local people (parade of tribes). Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area (including cruise & cable car). As one of the eight scenic spots in Taiwan, Sun Moon Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Taiwan, namely unique space overseas. (D)

After breakfast: Visit Chung Tai World Museum, the museum complex with similarities to the Tang dynasty’s capital city Chang’an, which demonstrates the beauty of Chinese architecture. Greeting visitors from all over the world, this modern Chinese castle is connecting the traditional and the contemporary, the East and the West, and Buddhism and Chinese culture.

Drive to Tainan. Visit Chihkan Tower, which witnessed the changes in Tainan since the 17th century. Visit Anping Fort, the first castle in the history of Taiwan. Visit Anping Tree House, the unique view described as “Wall in Tree, and Tree in Wall”. Visit Ten Drum Cultural Village (Water Theatre), which was a revamped old sugar factory. (B)

After breakfast: Drive to Dapeng Bay National Scenic Area. Enjoy the unique cruise trip on the lagoon of the internal sea. Drive to Kenting National Park, and visit the Eluanbi Lighthouse on the southern end of Taiwan, Maobitou Park whose shape is like a crouching cat. Drive on the South-Link Highway and enjoy the most beautiful road in Taiwan. (B L D)

In the evening, enjoy the hot spring (please bring a swimming suit and cap by yourself).

After breakfast: Visit Bolang Street, namely the green path to paradise. It is a popular spot as it was the site for the commercial for Mr. Brown Coffee shot by the famous actor Takeshi Kaneshiro. As a tourist destination in Taitung, it features beautiful scenery for taking photos. You could rent a bicycle for a relaxing riding trip (rental fee not included). Drive to Hualien. Visit Shin-Liu Farm. Visit Rufeng Jade Workshop, and make yourself the jade jewelry. (B L)

After breakfast: Visit Taroko Park. It was surrounded by mountains on three sides and close to the Pacific Ocean on the other. You could see the valley, waterfall, and Taroko tribe during this trip. Visit Chingshui cliff, whose height is over 1000 meters and the water is from the top of the mountain to the ocean. It features the most amazing scene of the Suhua Highway which makes the Tiffany blue very impressive. Drive to Yehliu Geopark. As one of the world’s wonders, it features a length of 1700 meters and is the cape of Datun Mountain. The Queen’s Head rock is the symbolic scene in the park as well as the name card of the tourism industry of Taiwan. Visit Jinshan Old Street, which is an integration of ways of entertaining.

If it is the rainy season, Typhoon, or roadblock, the itinerary to Taroko Park will be changed to the Taroko Park Management Office, and the Seven Star Lake.

After breakfast: Visit Taipei’s Palace Museum. There are three treasures in the museum, namely pork stone, Green Jade Cabbage, and Duke Mao Tripod. Visit National Revolutionary Martyrs’ Shrine. Built-in 1969, its main hall is the replica of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City in Beijing. There will be a show of guards changing at the gate, which is worth taking a look at. Visit Xinbeitou Historic Station, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, Plum Garden, and Beitou Geothermal Valley (Hell Valley). Enjoy local delicacies in the Shilin Night Market, such as Oyster Omelette, pepper cake, and sauteed mutton. (B L)
